Lenny Berk, the owner, gives the estimate and is there during the entire job. He is really great - very responsive, professional, thorough, a true delight to work with. His pricing is good, he sells only quality products, and his service beats all. He does not badmouth previous contractors who installed your old windows, even when they deserve it! He delivers on time, and his workers show much respect for your house and belongings. They protect your carpet and your furniture during the job. Lenny goes way out of his way to make sure he keeps his word. On a recent job, at my request, he personally removed all of our alarm connections from the old windows that were going to be trashed. He follows up on all complaints and tries very hard to keep the customer happy. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and none is as good to deal with as Lenny. I highly recommend him.
